Energy-saving Aluminum LED Down Lighting Heat Sinks Customized
High power applications, especially for outdoor usage, gain as well
from the features of cold forging tech. A family of round
Heat-Sinks, which will meet the demands of different power levels,
is under development. The concept combines cost efficient
production with high flexibility of usage. It is going to be a

1.Advantages of die casting process

artificial assembly costs.
2.2,We made a comparison in the common lathe processing section
aluminum heat sinks, die casting heat sinks and cold forging
unibody type heat sinks:
①,In the addition of the same size and shape, the cold forging
unibody type heat sinks can be applied on bigger power appliance
than the other heat sinks. For example, the common lathe processing
section aluminum lamp cups can be only used for cooling the 3W
bulb, but our heat sinks can be used for cooling 5W bulb. If the
common heat sinks applied on the cooling of 5W bulb, the material
and size must be added, the cost will higher than the cold forging
unibody type heat sinks much more.
②,The more worthy of praise, if you put our products and common
heat sinks on the same power bulb respectively, you can find that
own to the excellent radiation capacity, the temperature of the
bulb which used our heat sinks is sharply lower than the
others,which expanded the service life of the appliance obviously.
Advantages of aluminum cold forging led heatsink
1. Larger heat dissipation area, good dissipation
2. Much better surface, more powerful fins
3. It has a thermal conductivity of more than 205W/mK, which is
good (as a comparison: steel has about 50W/mK).
4. The production of aluminum heat sinks is inexpensive.
5. They can be made using extrusion.
6. Due to its softness, aluminum can also be milled quickly;
die-casting and even cold forging are also possible.
